Summary
The people of Sai are gathered up and look at the soldiers of the Qin standing in front of us with expressions of worry and anxiety. Shou Bun Kun begins talking and introduces himself as the Chancellor of the Left. Not leaving any time for surprise for the Sai townsfolk, he says that the man standing in front of them is the 31st King of Qin, Ei Sei.
Right after they hear that, the Sai people all silently kneel, while some even cry because the king is in front of them. Ei Sei starts talking and explains their current situation. He informs them that an army is coming towards Kanyou, and that Sai is their last hope. While the Sai people are confused, he tells them that they need to fight - for the fate of whole Qin. Ei Sei asks them if they think that they can fight, to which, some people respond positively. Slowly, the people start agreeing that they need to fight. Everyone present shouts and the morale gets high.
