Summary
The moral of the Zhao units and their commanders are high as they are mainly from Northern Zhao where Ri Boku is very popular. He was in charge of the defence of Northern Zhao, which includes the cities of Hango, Gian, Chuzan and Dai, after he was assigned as Commander-in-Chief to Ganmon, the key city of Zhao's defence against the Xiongnu. During his tenure as general in Northern Zhao he defeated the large Kyoudo Army and since then the North prospered as the Xiongnu failed to raid Zhao since. All soldiers from these now prospering regions are grateful for Ri Boku and eager to fight under his command again.
Mou Ten tries to understand how they are now in this position. He discovers that Ri Boku knew about Qin's invasion before they even started to assemble their armies and Qin got here because Ri Boku planned to trap them at Gian.
Ri Boku gives the command for the Zhao Army to engages the Heki Army, Hi Shin Unit and Gaku Ka Army.
Ka Ryo Ten, Mou Ten and Heki are looking for ways to break out of the trap, but they are fully occupied by holding the lines against the Zhao soldiers.
