The Unusual New Force is the 804th chapter of the Kingdom manga.
Summary
Shou Bun Kun, Ri Shi, and the other civil officials in Kanyou finally complete the entire Family register. A majority of them including Shou Bun Kun and Ri Shi pass out from the mounting exhaustion.
Shou Hei Kun and Ei Sei talk about the plans for Qin since the first of Shou Hei Kun's three pillars have been completed. The Qin king thanks the chief of military affairs again for his idea ("You were able to create a plan to keep us on a path that was thought to be completely lost. For that, you have my deepest gratitude") and tells him he's fortunate to have him as a Chancellor. But Shou Hei Kun answers that he hasn't accomplished anything just yet. Through the Family register Qin conscripts 300 000 new soldiers from all across the kingdom, which are consolidated and moved to the frontlines.
The news of the new Qin army spreads to the other states with different reactions from the different governments.
In Hango, Zhao officials learn that 80 000 of the new soldiers are heading towards Atsuyo. They are shocked by the news as Ri Boku remains silent while pondering what to do next.
In Ei, the capital of Chu, the Chu officials think that Qin couldn't have possibly created a new force and are only using misinformation to scare Chu and the other states or are using their remaining garrisons from all of their territories. Ka Rin doubts that and suspects that Qin has raised the new forces by using the family register they created.
In Tairyou, the capital of Wei, the Wei officials came to the same conclusion and are interrupted by an urgent report, that Qin is preparing to attack Rakushi Castle. Go Hou Mei understands that Qin isn't trying to invade Wei, but are rather trying to cut off the line of reinforcement between Wei and Han to freely target Han.
At the end of the chapter, we learn that the navy of Qin is currently shipping the Gyoku Hou Army to the Wei territory on the other Yellow River side.
